Orders to be shipped by USPS (snail mail) will usually ship within 3 business days of order.

Orders to be shipped by email (as an attachment in either pdf or PCSViewer format) will usually ship within 24 hours of order.

O&I reserves the right to have emergencies which may delay shipping. Should such an emergency occur and your order will take in excess of 3 business days to ship you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Please note: When paying with an e-check through PayPal I will wait until your e-check clears to ship your order.

Email Shipping: Orders to be shipped via email will generally do so within 24 hours. Please remember, when wanting to receive your order via email to also select your preferred file format.

Due to the printed and/or electronic nature of our needlework charts O&I does not offer refunds or credits. All sales are final.
